Anyone ever heard of a.v Architecture

I bought my stand back in 1997 from a company named a.v Architecture and the name peerless is on the front of the stand also.I've tried contacting peerless and I can't find a.v arct. any where.I bought this stand from a place called Audio By Us in Belleville,IL.Anyone out there have a stand from this company?
