anyone else having log in issues ?

havent changed anything on the computer or phone.....and when I usually log into audiogon on either device, it remembers the username and password, but ever since this issue they had , it is not remembering it all the time.   

  I thought I would ask here to see if other members were having the same issue.......as if I send an email to them, they always tell me that I am the only one that is having the issue as nobody else has mentioned it
