Anybody heard a Counterpoint SOLID 2 amplifier ?

HiI could get a Counterpoint SOLID 2 amp for $500 CAN. This is a great price and the amp works well. I couldn't hear it with my system.  Is it a good sounding amp ? Reliability ?  If someone heard it, can you give me a description about the sound of this amp.
