anybody else dump their Kef LS50 Wireless II?

my love affair with these things is over, way too much compression, poor dynamics, poor mid bass, no slam, no thump, little attack, need to play loud to sound their best, and I personally couldn't achieve the imaging that some people rave about although that may be my room/set up

the above attributes are well within the domain of a well designed small speaker minus SPL so I don't give them a pass for being small

still a ton to like for alot of people, myself included , killer looks, plug n play goodness for everything, amazing female vocals and piano too

KEF really needs to make a tower version of these

I have LS-50s but not the wireless. Your description is pretty close. They might be best as desktop speakers where you get close enough to hear everything but for me they missed the mark. I put a super tweeter on them for an experiment and that perked them up quite a bit. I think from time to time maybe a crossover tweak would do the trick but never cared enough to explore that.
