I'd have a preference for the 24K & IPS, provided the 24K has the P & G volume pot instead of the Noble. The 24K is not remote capable.
The 28K is a newer design, and remote-controllable if I remember correctly. It's a fine unit, I just like the 24K better, especially if you're still spinning vinyl.
