Ania MC and Yamaha C-4

Hi,

I'm getting a Rega Planar 6 with the Ania MC and I have a Yamaha C-4 preamp. What numbers in the Yamaha C-4 matter when matching these two things. Here are the specs for the MC input on the Yamaha:

Input sensitivity/impedance: 100mv/50 ohms
Maximum input levels: 10mv at 0.02% THD
THD Ratio 20 to 20,000 Hz - MC to Pre out (vol -30db) 0.1% (2 volt output)
Signal to Noise ratio: 77dB (input shorted, rated power)
Channel separation: MC to pre out = 85dB (vol. -30dB, 1kHz . 0 ohm shorted)

I don't really know what any of this means.  Will this phonostage be sufficient? It sounds amazing with MM cartridges. It has been recapped and serviced, so it should be in tip top shape.

Thanks in advance,

Jim

It also says this in the features:

"The Head Amplifier for MC cartridge uses a 4-stage symmetrical push-pull circuit. It enables an extensive noise reduction of better than 77dB signal to noise ratio, which more than satisfies MC cartridge requirements."

Again, whatever that means. I'm just throwing it into the mix.
