Analog to Digital converter recommendation

I currently own a Camelot Uther D/A converter which also functions as my preamp. I have been very satisfied with the sound of the unit but I wish to connect an analog tuner. The Uther only has digital inputs. Can anyone make a recommendation for a decent but inexpensive analog to digital converter, hopefully in the $100-$300 range, which will accept stereo RCA's from a tuner or other analog source and output to digital with sample rate of 44.1 kHz? Sound quality is important but in this case I will be listening mostly to talk/news or background classical music.

Thanks

Radio Shack must have come to the same conclusion as Edesilva, since they apparently have discontinued production of their A2D converter. The good news is that existing store inventory has been marked down for clearance. This $40 unit is now being sold as a discontinued item for $3.74, not much more than a Big Mac. I couldn't resist, so I bought one today. Get'em while they last.
