Ampex 1260 tube R to R recorder/vintage Thorens TT

I have an old Ampex 1260 tube reel to reel recorder and an old Thorens 124 turntable. Is this type of recorder still used? How about the Thorens? Any guesses on the value of these? Are there any dealers or places that may be interested in this vintage gear? They are both 1960s models.
