Amazon Prime & 7.1 or Atmos Decoding

Amazon Prime & 71. or Atmos decoding. I don't know why the word amp was added to the title...strange.
Can anyone comment as to whether Amazon Prime does output 7.1 or Atmos decoding via either the 4K Fire Stick or the 4K Cube? If it does can you recommended a title that you know does 7.1?

Both products state they have Atmos capability but I have yet to find one title on either Netflix or Prime that is outputting the 7.1 surround format.

Calling Amazon is useless and a waste of time.

"amp" is short for ampersand, which is the name for this symbol: &

Another "feature" of this antiquated forum is that it shows some codes in the titles, though they don't show up in the titles when you open the thread.
So after trying both the 4K Firestick and the 4K Cube neither product will broadcast 7.1 on Netflix or Prime. In fact I could not find one single movie or series in 4K that use Atmos
This is even though both products state they do in the Amazon advertisement.

So, I sent back the Amazon 4K Firestick and cube and bought the Apple 4K TV device.
I have noticed that there are now a few titles showing up as 7.1 or Atmos on my TV screen information.

But, I have yet to hear a sound out of the rear speakers in a 7.1 set up through Netflix or Amazon Prime. Again, 4K disc’s and Blue rays play 7.1 fine.

Why is it that I cannot get the 7.1 to play through my Oppo 205 HDMI input? I even contacted Oppo who surprisingly wasn’t much help. They must have given up on consumer audio/video.

So, I discovered this info on page 82 of the Oppo 205 manual in regards to HDMI input.

HDMI Audio: up to 7.1ch/192kHz PCM, up to 5.1ch DSD, Bitstream.

So does that mean while using a 4K Apple TV or a 4K Firestick device connected to the Oppo 205 via the HDMI input, it will not input 7.1 into the Oppo 205 just 5.1?

It sure seems that way.
