Listening to this album for the first time today and it is fantastic. All jazz lovers - this is highly recommended.

He is fantastic. A very unique style. Also check out "Live from the Montreal Jazz festival 1988" on LP. That's Canada, not Montreau. Awesome playing and with a great fretless Bass player and percussionist too.
