Active Crossover w/Pre-Amp

Has anyone heard/know of an Active Crossover that has a pre-amp section. I am Bi-Amping with an active crossover without a pre-amp because my CDP has internal volume. I'm not happy with the overall volume but don't want to add another piece of equipment as my rack is already full.

Although the Krell KBX does not have a preamp in it, it does add gain to the signal. I think it is 6dB, but I am not totally sure.
In my system, I have to turn the gain down with the KBX.
