Accuphase P-7100 vs Pass Labs X350.5

I'm interested to get opinions regarding comparisons between the Accuphase P-7100 & the Pass Labs X350.5 amps. Though their output power ratings are quite different; the Accuphase having 125 watts @ 8ohms / 250 watts @ 4 ohms and doubling right down to 1 ohm, the Pass Labs is more powerful at 350 watts @ 8 ohms / 700 watts @ 4 ohms & again stable into 1 ohm operation. Their damping factors are also similar.

How do they sound & perform is the main factor. My speakers are B&W 802 and any input from members having experiences will be most appreciated.

I have 802D and can tell you that your speakers need at least 300 good watts for them to open up. I had the Accu M1000 monos before and they were not powerful enough. On the other hand, the sound of the Accu is so good.
Accu M1000 monos at 1000 watts @ 8 ohms, 1800 watts @ 4 ohms - not enough for 802?
