A Word Of Thanks

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who commented on my post and to the people that sent me private PM's regarding my health issues.  The kindness towards me was deeply touching and appreciated.  I am happy to say I got a bit of good news today in that the tissue sample came back negative but with a caveat.  The caveat being that had I not had the biopsy done and waited, it most likely would have had a different outcome.  I will have to go back to the doctor in a year to "be sure" everything is normal.  I have a deep sense of relief and again, I am very grateful for the kindness and concern showed to me.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing like great news to start the year off right. Keeping my finger crossed for you. 🤞 I hope you're not on some badly restricted diet and can still enjoy life's culinary pleasure every now and then.

All the best,
Nonoise

Hey Stereo5 I must've missed your post but whatever it was very glad you are doing better. I hope it's a happy and healthy new year for you!

I, too, missed your post, but am glad to hear of the positive and hopeful news. Our health is the most important thing to us, and the sense of relief you express will allow you to live a more fulfilling life (hopefully with great music that moves you!).

All the best to you in this bold new year.

Count me as another who did not see the other post/thread. Nonetheless , I am very happy that you received terrific news! A wonderful and inspiring way to start the new year.

Missed or not seen your post, good to be back, happy and healthy 2023 and beyond that.

Sorry to hear now that you had a serious scare, but extremely happy that it appears everything will work out well for you!

Great news,  my Dad just had a similar scary experience .     Wish you a healthy new year.

that's awesome!

Just wondering, are you 7 feet tall so that you can reach the turntable in your main system?

I wasn't aware of your health situation (probably missed the other post), but I'm so glad you got some positive news in the end. Here's to good health 🍻 in 2023 and beyond!

@grislybutter,

thank you. No, I am 5’7”. I use a small stool I keep in the corner of the room to access it. Living room is only 16 by 18. I would have liked 2 racks side by side but that would mean the couch would have to go and my wife would be sitting on the floor😂 to relax. I have a new OLED TV coming Saturday, it’s a little bigger than our current one, my wife doesn’t know it’s a little bigger, yet🙂

Grace, Peace and good health to you ! much wisdom displayed in your couch retention strategy ;-)

enjoy the music

jim

@stereo5 looks like you have a fantastic system. That's a decent size room but whatever makes it work!

@stereo5 missed/didn’t see your original post. Glad to hear it was only a scare! Take care and be well!
