A lost favorite. Can you help me identify the LP?

In 1985 I was in a restaurant in Kingston, Ontario, CA. The bar was playing a Rolling Stones set I had never heard before. By the end of the night I payed the barmaid $20 for the cassette and I nearly played it to death for the next few years.

In '89 I was shipped oversea's in the military and left my tapes at home. My brother took care of them (really, he did), except he lent my Stones tape to a friend who promptly "lost" it.

I've since collected nearly every Stones CD and LP, but cannot for the life of me find this particular one and I'd love it if you can help me find it. It's definitely an odd one. Here are some key points:

1) "As Tears Go By" was sung Jagger in Spanish.
2) The Ike and Tina song "A letter from Tina" was on it.
3) The cassette was black with blue paper adhesive labeling (opposed to the post 70's beige with inked on writing).
4) and this is a long shot as my memory isn't so clear after 30 years: I think it had a date stamp of 1967 or 1965 on it which would make it one of the first 3 Stones LP's and one of the early cassettes produced (introduced in '63) yet I can neither be definite on my date nor can I find anything about it on line.

A beer to anyone who can provide information which leads to my reunion with this cassette.

Can't help you w/ your cassette investigation, however "Memo (not Letter) from Turner" (by Jagger), can be found on the soundtrack recording of the movie "Performance" in which Jagger stars. I think "Turner" was one of the characters in the movie.
