A Little Help, Talon Raven C's: Are They Keepers?

I've seen considerable good feedback online about these speakers, here and at Audiogon. I've also seen some negative comments about them, but those have been in the minority. I'm interested in opinions about the sonic performance and quality of these based on your experience. Are they the kind of speakers that even fickled audiophiles may want to hold on to for a long time? In high end, do they compare favorably against other top quality full range speakers?
