RAR1 - 2 channel HT System This system serves as a 2 channel HT system in our spare bedroom (used as a TV room). The room's dimensions are (15 X 10 X 8.5) ... a decent enough room size that 2 channel HT works out well.
The sound is very close to the sound of my main system, even with placing the speakers on their sides. Fortunately, Ascend Acoustics designed the Sierras with people like me in mind. So, horizontal placement it is ... speakers on top of bookcases, sitting about 6 feet high. The speaker set-up looks like this: [o O] [O o]; with the tweeters on the outside.
The sound has life to it; clarity and punch are there in spades, and it is probably where most of my music listening is done.
