Good point. Pink Floyd modified there 150's with additional bracing and I have soffit mounted mine- similar to what they do with many of the larger ATC's in studios. Any cabinet coloration is attenuated that way. BTW - tower type speakers are a particularly bad physical shape when it comes to increasing the likelihood cabinet waffle which can color the mids and mid bass - plain boxes being better. Anyway I always enjoy coming back to your system pages for some interesting reading and your astute comments.
