Why worry about the room The most important thing about a system is how the system matches and works as a unit. I have been assembling systems for over 35 years and this one get the award. It is simply the least complicated way to achieve synergy. A great front end combined with a tube amp with the same cables that are internal to the amp. The tube amp is pure class A in all stages and the transformers are wound super permalloy. Over 75 lbs of this materialat at cost of several thousand dollars per kilo. The amp wiring is the same as the speaker wire and interconnects and the speakers are wired with the same material. The line conditioner is a very special device also using the same technology. The speaker is a full range driver with absolutly no electronics or gimicks. They couple directly to the transfomer and are encased in pure carbon. This is the key to the purist sonics you have ever heard. My listening position is within 4 feet of each speaker and the room is not a factor. The way a speaker behaves is the biggest problem associated with bad sound. You can get great sound when the system is matched and system interaction is at a minimum.
