DH Labs Power Plus and Audio Art Cable Power 1

Are these two bulk power cables in fact identical, just different jacketing?
Is there another cable that is considered to be better than these two for less that $70.00 per meter?

Was just doing a search on DH Labs and saw no one had responded to your post so, even though it's old, for "searching" purposes.....

The Power Plus is not shielded, the Power 1 is. The connectors are different if factory terminated.

I own both of these. I haven't found anything better for less and I've found much worse for more.

Both companies are great to work with.
