I just got my second pair of used 40.1's a few weeks ago. I had to wait about a month to get mine, but it felt like forever... but waiting 5 months is crazy! Di you call Fidelis AV (assuming you are in the US)? There's a nice used pair in Cherry listed for $7,800.
