| I had an old Pioneer Elite VSX-33TX receiver I was using to stream Sonos to a game room. I was using it for 2.1 with Boston Acoustic CR85 speakers and a Boston Acoustic PV600. The Pioneer gave up the ghost and I am looking to replace with another receiver. I would like to be able to use the subwoofer and don't have the budget to go separates, so I was looking to try and find an good, older home theater receiver for under $200.00. I found a Marantz SR5000 and the SR8000, but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on an older receiver that had a good stereo/music sound. Thanks in advance. |
