05-07-10: Chashas1 whoops, wait a minute....you are talking about the input which bypasses everything else, right? sorry, yes, I use that for the cd and it does sound better. I thought you were talking about the bypass to kill the preamp so you could use another preamp. That I've obviously used as well. and also a great function. Sorry...
